An essential part of owning and operating a truck is making sure you’re driving within state and federal standards. To help ensure roadway safety, inspections on semi trucks and trailers must be checked annually at a minimum. It is possible to see DOT roadside inspections throughout the year, these checks require the same safety standards as an annual inspection.
